For Saturday weddings in peak season (April–October), book 6–12 months ahead. Off-peak Sundays and weekday weddings: 2–4 months. Last-minute guest shuttles can often be added 7–10 days out.

For the bridal party: a Mercedes S580 sedan or a stretch SUV. For guest shuttles: Mercedes Sprinters (11–14 passengers) or 25-passenger mini-coaches. We can coordinate a multi-vehicle fleet from sedans up to motor coaches.

Yes — a chauffeured sedan or SUV stages at the reception for your send-off. Two-hour minimum; can include a champagne toast on request.

Yes. Loudoun, Fauquier, the Inn at Little Washington, Salamander Resort, and Eastern Shore venues are routine. We pre-position vehicles the day before for early bridal call times.

We provide complimentary "Just Married" signs and ribbons on request, and your florist can decorate the bridal car at the venue. We do not install third-party decorations that mark or adhere to the vehicle paint.

Booking with flat-rate ceremony + reception + send-off windows means the chauffeur stays on standby. If you extend the night day-of, we bill additional time in 15-minute increments at the booked hourly rate.

Yes — we coordinate IAD / DCA / BWI arrivals for wedding-party VIPs. Often a separate booking from the wedding-day vehicles; can be combined on one invoice.

Yes. All rates are flat and all-inclusive — gratuity, fuel, water, standard wait time, and parking at valet venues are included.

Tuxedos for the bridal vehicle. Guest-shuttle chauffeurs wear formal black suit and tie. Both are standard, not an upcharge.

Yes — $1M+ commercial chauffeured-transportation insurance. We supply a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue on request, usually within one business day.
