Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we build flexibility into every reservation. You may cancel or modify a booking free of charge up to the cancellation window for your reserved vehicle. Because larger vehicles require earlier chauffeur and logistics commitments, the required notice increases with vehicle size.

Free Cancellation Windows

Cancel or modify at no charge if you notify us at least the following amount of time before your scheduled pickup time:

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made after the applicable window above — and no-shows — are charged the full base fare, plus any applicable:

• Tolls and parking (inside pickup only)
• Meet-and-greet service (inside pickup only)
• Car seat (if requested)
• Fuel surcharge
• Wait time, gratuity, and tax (where applicable)

Airport & Flight Delays

Every airport transfer is flight-tracked. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup automatically at no charge, with a complimentary 60-minute grace period after touchdown. You are never penalized for an airline delay.

Call our 24/7 dispatch at (703) 266-8018 or email info@skyhawklimo.com with your reservation details. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you have a question about a charge, contact us and we will make it right.

Add-On Fees & Surcharges

Where applicable, the following optional or situational charges may apply and are itemized on your final invoice:

• Wait time — $1.44/min (sedans) or $1.66/min (SUVs) after the complimentary grace period: 60 minutes for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, and 15 minutes for non-airport pickups.
• Additional stops — $15–$35 per extra stop added to a point-to-point reservation.
• Child seat — $30 per seat (please provide the child’s age and weight in advance).
• Meet & greet — $10 (inside-airport pickup only).
• Tolls & parking — billed at cost, per airport, venue, or facility guidelines.
