We know plans can change, so we’ve put a cancellation policy that’s flexible for our clients’ yet supports our chauffeurs. We respect your time and your chauffeur’s time too – so we won’t charge cancellation fees (and any applicable ride-related expenses) unless your chauffeur has already been assigned. - Wait Time is charged $1.44 (Sedans) & $1.66 (SUVs) per minute after grace period of 60 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights and 15 minutes for non-airport reservations
- Car Seat (if requested) is charged $30, baby weight and age must be provided
- Stops Client’s requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged extra for stops $15-$35.
- Tolls (if applicable) see tolls
- Parking is charged per airport, venue or place’s guidelines
- Meet & Greet (inside pick up only) is charged $10
