The DMV's Brewery Tour Specialists

The best beer days have someone else driving.

The Washington, DC region has become one of the country's great craft-beer destinations — from urban breweries in Ivy City and Navy Yard to the farm taprooms of the Loudoun Ale Trail and the historic brick brewhouses of Frederick and Annapolis. The catch is geography: the best stops are spread across three jurisdictions, and a real tour means three, four, even five taprooms in a day.

Skyhawk Limousine turns that logistics headache into a curated experience. We build the route around the breweries you actually want to visit, stage the right vehicle for your group, and put a vetted, background-checked chauffeur behind the wheel — so nobody draws the short straw as designated driver. You taste, you toast, you move between stops in a quiet, climate-set cabin, and you get everyone home safely. It is the difference between a day spent watching the road and a day spent enjoying the beer.

Where We Pour

Three trails, one chauffeur.

The District's Urban Taprooms

DC's brewery scene is dense and walkable-by-block but spread across neighborhoods. We connect the Ivy City cluster, Navy Yard, Union Market, and the Brookland and Northeast brewhouses into one tight loop — so a group can hit four or five city taprooms without circling for parking or splitting an Uber five ways.

  • Ivy City & Union Market breweries
  • Navy Yard & Capitol Riverfront stops
  • No parking, no rideshare scramble

The LoCo Ale Trail

Loudoun County brands itself as the craft-beer capital of the Old Dominion, with dozens of farm breweries scattered across the rolling countryside around Leesburg, Purcellville and Ashburn. The scenery is the point — and so is a Sprinter that lets your group enjoy the drive between barn taprooms instead of navigating winding country roads.

  • Leesburg, Purcellville & Ashburn farms
  • Scenic country routes, no map-wrangling
  • Pair with Loudoun wineries on request

Maryland's Historic Brewhouses

From the brick brewhouses of downtown Frederick to the waterfront taprooms around Annapolis and the breweries of Montgomery County, Maryland's craft scene rewards a day trip. We handle the longer drives up I-270 and out to the Bay so the group arrives relaxed and leaves without a worry about the ride home.

  • Frederick & Montgomery County stops
  • Annapolis waterfront taprooms
  • Comfortable highway runs both ways
Built For The Group

Everybody tastes. Nobody drives.

The whole reason a brewery tour works is that one trusted partner handles the route, the timing and the road. Skyhawk Limousine keeps your group together from the first pour to the last, with a chauffeur who knows the taprooms, the back roads, and exactly how long each stop should run so you never feel rushed or stranded.

Birthday crews, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate team outings, or a Saturday with friends — we scale the vehicle to the group and the itinerary to the day, anywhere across the DMV.

How It Works

From first pour to home in four moves.

1

Tell us the breweries

Share your must-visit taprooms and group size — or ask us to recommend a trail. We map it.

2

We build the route

We sequence the stops for time and distance and confirm a custom itinerary with pickup and timing.

3

Your chauffeur arrives

On the day, a vetted driver picks up your group on time and stays with you between every stop.

4

Taste, then home safe

Sample freely at each brewery, then settle into the cabin and get everyone home — no DD needed.

What's Included

Every detail, handled.

Custom Multi-Stop Routes

We build the itinerary around the breweries you want and sequence the stops for the smoothest day.

No Designated Driver

A professional chauffeur means everyone in the group can sample freely and ride home safely.

Flexible Timing At Each Stop

Linger over a flight or move on early — the schedule is yours and your driver waits.

SUVs, Sprinters & Party Buses

From a few friends in a Cadillac Escalade to a 30-passenger party bus, we match the vehicle to the crew.

Vetted, Local Chauffeurs

Background-checked drivers who know DC, Loudoun and Maryland taprooms and the routes between them.

24/7 Booking & Dispatch

Real dispatch answers day or night, including weekends — the prime time for brewery tours.

Questions, Answered

Good to know.

How many breweries can we visit in one day?
Most tours fit three to five stops comfortably, depending on travel time between them and how long your group wants to linger. We build the route around your picks and pace it so the day never feels rushed — tell us your wish list and we will tell you what fits.
Do you serve breweries across DC, Virginia and Maryland?
Yes. We run tours throughout the DMV — DC's urban taprooms, the Loudoun County Ale Trail in Northern Virginia, and Maryland brewhouses around Frederick, Montgomery County and Annapolis. We can also mix jurisdictions into one custom route.
Can you build a fully custom brewery route?
Absolutely. The itinerary is entirely yours. Send us the breweries you want to visit and we will sequence them for the best timing and shortest drives, or we will recommend a trail if you would rather we plan it.
What size groups can you handle?
Anything from a few friends in a Cadillac Escalade SUV to a mid-size group in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to a full crew of up to 30 in a party bus. We match the vehicle to your headcount and the vibe you want.
Can we bring drinks or snacks on board between stops?
Many of our larger vehicles, including the party bus and Sprinter, allow beverages and snacks on board — great for the rides between taprooms. Let us know when you book and we will confirm what is available for your chosen vehicle.
How much does a brewery tour cost?
Brewery tours are typically booked hourly based on your vehicle, group size and total time, with transparent up-front pricing and no surge charges. Share your route and group for a quick quote, or call (703) 266-8018.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekends book up fast, especially for party buses and larger Sprinters, so reserve a week or two ahead when you can. We also handle last-minute requests 24/7 whenever a vehicle is available.
