Skyhawk Limousine operates an SMS/text messaging program for the purpose of providing customers and prospective customers with reservation confirmations, ride status updates, chauffeur dispatch notifications, post-ride communications, customer service responses, and, where you have separately consented, periodic promotional messages and special offers (collectively, the "SMS Program"). The SMS Program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) registration framework administered by The Campaign Registry.
5.2 Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile telephone number through any of the channels listed below, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Skyhawk Limousine relating to your reservation and our services:
- The online reservation form located at skyhawklimo.com/reservation/;
- Telephone bookings made by speaking with one of our reservation agents;
- Email correspondence in which you supply your mobile number;
- Web forms, contact forms, or chat interactions with our Luxora chat assistant;

For promotional or marketing text messages, separate, affirmative opt-in consent is required and may be obtained through a dedicated checkbox on our reservation form, an SMS keyword opt-in (e.g., texting JOIN to our designated number), or a written subscription form. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and you may receive transportation services from Skyhawk Limousine without consenting to receive marketing text messages.
5.3 Types of Messages You May Receive
Once enrolled, you may receive any of the following categories of text messages:
- Booking confirmations following the successful submission of a reservation;
- Reminder messages prior to scheduled pickup times;
- Chauffeur dispatch notifications, including chauffeur name, vehicle description, and estimated time of arrival;
- Real-time updates regarding traffic delays, flight delays, or itinerary changes;

5.5 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Skyhawk Limousine does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge for messages received or sent under your plan. Please consult your wireless carrier's plan for details.
5.6 Opt-Out (STOP)
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the SMS Program at any time, free of charge, by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. Following receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscription, after which you will no longer receive non-essential text messages from Skyhawk Limousine.
You acknowledge that opting out of the SMS Program may result in the discontinuation of automated reservation confirmations, ride reminders, and chauffeur dispatch notifications, and that you may need to obtain such information through alternative means (e.g., email or telephone). Opting out of the SMS Program does not opt you out of other Skyhawk Limousine communications (such as email or postal mail).

5.8 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers (including, without limitation, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Skyhawk Limousine cannot guarantee the timely delivery of any text message, and message delivery is dependent upon factors outside of our control, including network availability and carrier performance.
5.9 Mobile Information Sharing Restrictions
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
For clarity, the foregoing restriction means that:
- Your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in status, opt-in records, and SMS consent metadata will not be sold, leased, rented, or otherwise transferred to any third party for that party's independent marketing or promotional use.
- We will not include your mobile telephone number or SMS opt-in data in any list, segment, or audience shared with affiliates, business partners, advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing service providers for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Disclosure of mobile information to subcontractors and service providers (including, without limitation, our 10DLC-registered messaging service provider, our customer service platform, and our reservation management system) is permitted strictly to support the operation of the SMS Program and the delivery of our transportation services, and such subcontractors are contractually obligated to use the data only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
- All other use case categories—including, without limitation, sale, lease, rental, exchange, or transfer for marketing or analytics purposes—exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
This restriction supplements, and does not limit, the broader data sharing limitations described in Section 7 (Disclosure of Personal Information) of this Policy.
5.10 Eligibility
The SMS Program is available only to individuals located within the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or sixteen (16) years of age, with the consent of an authorizing parent or legal guardian, in the limited context of School Event Limo Service reservations made by such authorizing adult). By participating in the SMS Program, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the mobile telephone number you provide is registered to you and is not the property of a third party.
5.11 Changes to the SMS Program
Skyhawk Limousine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Program at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Material changes to the SMS Program will be communicated via SMS message or by notice posted in this Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
MOBILE INFORMATION SHARING POLICY No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. |
For clarity, the foregoing restriction means that:
- Your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in status, opt-in records, and SMS consent metadata will not be sold, leased, rented, or otherwise transferred to any third party for that party’s independent marketing or promotional use.
