Wait Time Policy
We at Skyhawk Limousine understand your needs and know your day doesn’t always run according to thing called “a plan”, so we design a wait time policy with an industry-leading grace period.
Your grace period is determined by your pick-up location and starts at your scheduled pick-up time. If your grace period finishes and you have not arrived, you’re charged according you’re selected limos’ hourly rate per minute in wait time fees.
Airport /Cruise Terminal Pick-up
- Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 30 Minutes
- International Flight: 60 Minutes
Non-Airport Pick-up
- 15 Minutes
Flights can be unpredictable. We ask for your flight information to track your flight and help you avoid wait time fees and never have a miss-connection flight. You have the option to select an exact pick-up time, however, we do not advise this. If you choose to select an exact pick-up time, you may incur unnecessary wait time fees or be kept waiting if your plane doesn’t land when expected.
Non-Airport rides include pick-up at Amtrak stations (Union Station, Penn Station, or Amtrak Bwi). We do not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 15 minutes and has not informed us ahead of time.
When the grace period has ended, we will try to contact you several times. If we haven’t heard from you we will cancel your ride for 30 minutes (domestic & non-airport rides) and 60 minutes (international) after the grace period has ended. If you do not show up, you will be charged the wait time incurred plus all other applicable fees. If you need to extend the wait time, no problem – just give us a call.
